Závěrečná ustanovení. This Agreement contains the entire arrangement of the subject matter and all the formalities, which Parties had and wanted to conclude in this Agreement, and considered appropriate for seriousness of this Agreement. No act made by any Party in the negotiation of this Agreement or statements made after the conclusion of this Agreement shall be interpreted as contrary to the express provisions of this Agreement and shall not create any obligation of any of the Parties. This provision shall not affect the validity and effect of any Proprietary Information Exchange Agreement entered into by and between the Parties to protect the Proprietary Information.
