Procedure for resolving issues As soon as possible after an issue has been reported, the Employer’s Site Safety Supervisor or another management representative and the Health and Safety Representative must meet and try to resolve the issue. The resolution of the relevant issue must take into account any of the following factors that may be relevant-
Issue Resolution Procedures As soon as possible after any occupational health and safety issue has been reported, the company’s or management representative and elected safety representative must meet to try to resolve the issue. The resolution of the issue must take into account those of the following factors that are relevant: o Whether the hazard or risk can be isolated o The number and location of employees affected o Whether appropriate temporary measures are possible or desirable o Whether environmental monitoring is desirable o The time that may elapse before the hazard or risk is permanently corrected o Who is responsible for performing work and overseeing the removal of the hazard or risk. As soon as possible after the resolution of an issue, details of the agreement must be brought to the attention of affected employees in an appropriate manner. Should the matter not be resolved, the issue shall be dealt with in line with Clause 20 of the VBIA “Safety Disputes Resolution Procedure”.
DISPUTES RESOLUTION PROCEDURE 10.1 A major objective of this Agreement is to eliminate lost time and/or production arising out of disputes or grievances. The Parties to this Agreement are committed to complying with the terms of this procedure.

Resolution of Issues In the event issues pertaining to a proposed TO/DO solicitation cannot be resolved to the satisfaction of the CO, the CO reserves the right to withdraw and cancel the proposed TO/DO solicitation. In such event, the contractor shall be notified in writing of the CO's decision. This decision is final and conclusive and shall not be subject to the "Disputes" clause or the "Contract Disputes Act."

Resolution Procedure a. Step 1
Scope of Audit Customer shall provide at least sixty days advance notice of any audit unless mandatory Data Protection Law or a competent data protection authority requires shorter notice. The frequency and scope of any audits shall be mutually agreed between the parties acting reasonably and in good faith. Customer audits shall be limited in time to a maximum of three business days. Beyond such restrictions, the parties will use current certifications or other audit reports to avoid or minimize repetitive audits. Customer shall provide the results of any audit to SAP.
Appointment of auditors 33.2.1 The Concessionaire shall appoint, and have during the subsistence of this Agreement as its Statutory Auditors, a firm chosen by it from the mutually agreed list of 10 (ten) reputable firms of chartered accountants (the “Panel of Chartered Accountants”), such list to be prepared substantially in accordance with the criteria set forth in Schedule-T. All fees and expenses of the Statutory Auditors shall be borne by the Concessionaire.
Procedure for Rebate The Association represents to the Board that an internal rebate procedure has been established in accordance with Section 4117.09(C) of the Revised Code and that a procedure for challenging the amount of the representation fee has been established and will be given to each member of the bargaining unit who does not join the Association and that such procedure and notice shall be in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and the Constitutions of the United States and the State of Ohio.
