Draft Specification definition

Draft Specification means a document in development or under consideration for adoption as a Final Specification that has not been adopted or approved by the Alliance in accordance with Section 2 hereof.

Draft Specification means a document in development or under consideration for adoption as a Final Specification, including amendments to existing Final Specifications which amendments have not been adopted and approved for release by the O-RAN Alliance in accordance with Section 2.

Examples of Draft Specification in a sentence

• Upon completion of the procedures referenced in sections 9.4.1 and 9.4.2 of this Agreement and upon majority votes of members of the Working Group who have attended not less than two (2) of the previous three (3) meetings of the Working Group, the Working Group shall submit such Draft Specification to the Board of Directors for review, comment and approval.

• The Draft Specifications shall be accepted as the Final Specification of the Company if the Board of Directors approves the Draft Specification as a Final Specification with not more than one (1) dissenting vote of the entire Board of Directors.

• If the Board of Directors does not approve such a Draft Specification as a Final Specification with not more than one (1) dissenting vote, the Secretary will return such Draft Specifications to the Working Group.

More Definitions of Draft Specification

Draft Specification means a draft of a Specification produced by a Company working group.

Draft Specification means all versions of a document (except a Final Specification) developed by a Working Group for the purpose of creating, commenting on, revising, updating, modifying, or adding to any document that is to be considered for inclusion in the Final Specification.

Draft Specification means all versions of the document developed by a specific Working Group based on and within the scope of the given Working Group Directive and all formal comments thereto provided by any FDX Member within said Working Group that are to be considered for inclusion in the Final Specification to be adopted by FDX to achieve the Purpose of this Agreement.

Draft Specification means any version or revision of the specifications produced by a Khronos working group prior to Ratification.

Draft Specification means a Specification that is in the Draft Document stage as contemplated by the Policies and Procedures.

Draft Specification means all versions of a document designated as CCC specification, including without limitation a document titled "Draft Specification" or words of similar meaning, and all CONTRIBUTIONS thereto.

Draft Specification means all versions of a document designated as a Draft Specification by a Working Group, including all Contributions thereto.
