税款、费用 Taxes and Fees. 每一方应承担根据中国法律因准备和签署本合同和各转让合同以及完成本合同和各转让合同拟定的交易而由该方发生的或对其征收的任何和全部的转让和注册的税、花费和费用。 Each Party shall pay any and all transfer and registration tax, expenses and fees incurred thereby or levied thereon in accordance with the laws of China in connection with the preparation and execution of this Agreement and the Transfer Contracts, as well as the consummation of the transactions contemplated under this Agreement and the Transfer Contracts.
