This Agreement novates and replaces the Futures and Options Account Agreement, dated as of March 1, 2013, between Goldman and the iShares® S&P GSCI™ Commodity-Indexed Investing Pool (the “Investing Pool”), Customer’s former subsidiary, to reflect the dissolution of the Investing Pool. Futures Contracts and Option Contracts are referred to collectively in this Agreement as “Contracts”.
