THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AGREEMENT of Graham Alternative Investment Fund I LLC is entered into as of the 19th day of March, 2024, by and among Graham Capital Management, L.P. as Manager and the persons who agree from time to time to be bound by this Agreement as Members. This Agreement amends and restates that certain Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement between the parties dated as of the 2nd day of May, 2022 (as amended from time to time) in its entirety.
