Provided however, that if the Commencement Date does not occur within 2 (two) months from the Execution Date for any reason whatsoever, the Parties shall renegotiate the terms of the Contract in good faith for such alternative method or timeframe of performance as may, in the circumstances, be fair and reasonable.
