THIS EMULSION SUPPLY AND FORMULATION SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of October 8, 2014 (“Effective Date”), by and between Oceans Omega LLC, a limited liability corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware with offices located at 140 East Ridgewood Avenue, Suite 125, Paramus, NJ 07652 (“OCEANS”), and Omega Brands Inc, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Nevada having a principal place of business at 5005 Interbay Blvd, Tampa, FL 33611(together with any of its Affiliates, “OBRANDS”), together the “Parties” hereto.
