This Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made effective as of , 2013 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Home Savings Bank, a Wisconsin-chartered savings bank (the “Bank”) and James R. Bradley, Jr. (“Executive”). The Bank and Executive are sometimes collectively referred to herein as the “parties.” Any reference to the “Company” shall mean Home Bancorp Wisconsin, Inc., the holding company of the Bank. The Company is a signatory to this Agreement for the purpose of guaranteeing the Bank’s performance hereunder.

This AMENDED SALARY CONTINUATION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into this 19th day of December, 2008 by and between Home Savings Bank, a Wisconsin-chartered savings bank located in Madison, Wisconsin (the “Bank”), and James R. Bradley, Jr., its President and Chief Executive Officer (the “Executive”).

Keller & Company, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as KELLER) hereby proposes to prepare an independent conversion appraisal of Home Savings Bank (hereinafter referred to as “Home Savings”), relating to the mutual to stock conversion of Home Savings and stock offering (“the “Stock Offering”) of Home Savings. KELLER will provide a pro forma valuation of the market value of the shares of Home Savings to be sold in connection with the standard conversion.
