THIS INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of October 13, 2022, between VENTURE LENDING & LEASING IX, INC., a Maryland corporation (the “Fund”), and WESTECH INVESTMENT ADVISORS LLC, a California limited liability company (“Westech Advisors”).
