This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), is entered into as of _________, 2018 (the “Effective Date”), by and between HeZhong International (Holding) Limited, a Cayman Islands exempted company (the “Company”) and _________, an individual (the “Executive”).
