This INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT, dated and effective as of October 28, 2019 (the “Agreement”), is between Stone Ridge Asset Management LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Investment Manager”), and Stone Ridge Residential Real Estate Income Fund I, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Fund”), and on behalf of any wholly-owned and controlled subsidiary of the Fund that may be formed by the Fund and listed on Exhibit A hereto from time to time (each, a “Subsidiary”).
