THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is effective as of the 28th day of February, 2024 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Fidelity Bank, a Louisiana state savings bank (“Fidelity” or the “Bank”), and Christopher S.
