ALL PAYMENTS AND VALUES PROVIDED BY THE CONTRACT, WHEN BASED ON THE INVESTMENT EXPERIENCE OF THE VARIABLE ACCOUNT ARE VARIABLE, MAY INCREASE OR DECREASE AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED AS TO AMOUNT. THE VARIABLE PROVISIONS OF THIS CONTRACT ARE FOUND ON PAGES 11 AND 12. IF A VARIABLE ANNUITY PAYOUT OPTION IS SELECTED, THE ANNUAL NET INVESTMENT RETURN MUST BE AT LEAST 4% IN ORDER TO AVOID A DECREASE IN THE AMOUNT OF THE VARIABLE ANNUITY PAYMENT.
