(TSX Venture Exchange:DRV) (OTCBB:DWVSF) ("DataWave") have entered into a binding Letter Agreement whereby IDC will acquire DataWave by merger in which shareholders of DataWave will be issued shares of IDC in exchange for all the issued and outstanding shares of DataWave.
