THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of May 27, 2015, by and between the TRUST FOR ADVISED PORTFOLIOS, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”) on behalf of its series, and QUASAR DISTRIBUTORS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Distributor”). FULCRUM ASSET MANAGEMENT, LLP, the (“Advisor”) is a party hereto with respect to Sections 3 F. and 6 only.

THIS INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT is made as of the 17th day of July, 2015, by and between Trust for Advised Portfolios, a Delaware statutory trust (hereinafter called the “Trust”), on behalf of the series of the Trust indicated on Schedule A, which may be amended from time to time, (each a “Fund”, and together the “Funds”) and Fulcrum Asset Management LLP, an English limited liability partnership (hereinafter called the “Adviser”).

This INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT (together with any schedules, exhibits or other attachments hereto, and as it may be amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time, this "Agreement"), is made and entered into as of 18th July, 2015 by and between Fulcrum Diversified Absolute Return Cayman Fund Ltd, a Cayman Islands exempted company (the "Fund"), and Fulcrum Asset Management LLP, an English limited liability partnership (the "Investment Manager"). Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein have the meanings specified in the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Fund (as amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time, the "Articles").
