THIS INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT is made as of the 30th day of November, 2017, by and between Series Portfolios Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of each of the series listed on Schedule A, which may be amended from time to time (each a “Fund” and together, the “Funds”), and Magnetar Asset Management LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Adviser”).
