THIS INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT is made as of the 16th day of July 2020, by and between Trust for Advised Portfolios, a Delaware statutory trust (hereinafter called the “Trust”), on behalf of the series of the Trust listed on Schedule A (each a “Fund”), which may be amended from time to time, and Ziegler Capital Management, LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company (hereinafter called the “Adviser”).
