THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of this 21st day of January, 2020, by and between TRUST FOR ADVISED PORTFOLIOS, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”) on behalf of its series in Exhibit A, Quasar Distributors, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Distributor”) and First Republic Investment Management, Inc., the investment advisor to the series set out in Exhibit A (the “Adviser).
