THIS TRANSFER AGENCY AND REGISTRAR SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of February 6, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and between High Income Securities Fund, a Massachusetts business trust (the “Company”), and AMERICAN STOCK TRANSFER & TRUST COMPANY, LLC, a New York limited liability trust company (“AST”; together with the Company, the “Parties”; each, the “Party”).
