Diamond Hill Investment Group, Inc. (the “Company”) hereby grants the undersigned director (“Participant”) an award of shares of restricted stock (“Restricted Stock”), subject to the terms and conditions described in the Diamond Hill Investment Group, Inc. 2022 Equity and Cash Incentive Plan (the “Plan”) and this Restricted Stock Award Agreement (this “Award Agreement”).
