THIS UNDERWRITING AGREEMENT effective November 10, 2012, by and between Dominion Funds, Inc., a Texas corporation (the “Company”), having its principal office and place of business at 2 West Washington Street, Middleburg, Virginia 20118, and NORTHERN LIGHTS DISTRIBUTORS, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company having its principal office and place of business at 17605 Wright Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68130 (“NLD”).
