THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the 6th day of February, 2013, and as revised March 26, 2014 by and between NORTHERN LIGHTS VARIABLE TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of BTS Bond Asset Allocation VIT Fund (the “Fund”) a series of the Trust, and the Advisor of the Fund, BTS Asset Management, Inc. (the “Advisor”).
