THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made this 12th day of July, 2005, by and between CASCADE FINANCIAL CORPORATION and CASCADE BANK (hereinafter jointly referred to as “Cascade”) and CAROL KOBUKE NELSON (“Nelson”) and will become effective upon execution. Cascade and Nelson are sometimes collectively referred to herein as “the Parties.”
