This letter will confirm our understanding and agreement with respect to payments to be made to you pursuant to the Distribution and Shareholder Servicing Plans (the “Plans”) adopted by (Artio Global Investment Funds (the “Trust”) and Artio Select Opportunities Fund, Inc.
