We refer to the Agency Agreement by and among DST Systems, Inc. (“DST”) and the Lord Abbett Family of Funds (the “Funds”), dated January 1, 2017 (the “Agreement”). Pursuant to Section 24(D) of the Agreement, DST and the Funds agree to amend the Agreement as follows:

Lord Abbett Securities Trust (the “Trust”) and Lord Abbett Global Fund, Inc. (the “Company”), respectively, each a party to the Agency Agreement by and among each of the funds within the Lord Abbett Family of Funds and DST Systems, Inc. (“DST”) dated January 1, 2017 (the “Agreement”), hereby requests an amendment to Schedule A of the Agreement as a result of the following changes within the Lord Abbett Family of Funds:

This Amended and Restated Expense Limitation Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 20th Day of April, 2018 between Lord, Abbett & Co. LLC (“Lord Abbett”), Lord Abbett Distributor LLC (“Lord Abbett Distributor”), and Lord Abbett Securities Trust (the “Trust”) with respect to Lord Abbett International Equity Fund (“International Equity Fund”), Lord Abbett International Dividend Income Fund (“International Dividend Income Fund”), Lord Abbett Global Core Equity Fund (“Global Core Equity Fund”), and Lord Abbett Growth Leaders Fund (“Growth Leaders Fund”) (each, a “Fund”). This Agreement amends and restates in its entirety the expense limitation agreement dated March 1, 2018 between Lord Abbett, Lord Abbett Distributor, and the Trust, on behalf of each Fund.

The undersigned, being at least a majority of the Trustees of Lord Abbett Securities Trust, a Delaware statutory trust organized pursuant to a Declaration and Agreement of Trust dated February 26, 1993 (the “Declaration”), do hereby agree, pursuant to Section 5.3 of the Declaration, to change the name of Lord Abbett Global Core Equity Fund to “Lord Abbett Global Equity Research Fund.”

The undersigned, being at least a majority of the Trustees of Lord Abbett Securities Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), organized pursuant to a Declaration and Agreement of Trust dated February 26, 1993 (the “Declaration”), do hereby, pursuant to Section 5.3 of the Declaration: (i) establish a new series of shares of the Trust to be designated as “Lord Abbett Global Select Equity Fund” and (ii) establish the following classes of Lord Abbett Global Select Equity Fund: Class A, Class C, Class F, Class F3, Class I, Class R2, Class R3, Class R4, Class R5, Class R6, and Class T. Any variations as to purchase price, determination of net asset value, the price, terms and manner of redemption and special and relative rights as to dividends on liquidation, and conditions under which such series or class shall have separate voting rights, shall be as set forth in the Declaration or as elsewhere determined by the Board of Trustees of the Trust.
