This Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between CoreSite, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“CoreSite” and together with any of its successors or assigns, the “Company”), and Jeffrey S. Finnin (the “Executive”) (collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”) on January 4, 2011 (the “Effective Date”) and shall become effective on the Effective Date.
