The purpose of the revision is to reflect the addition of INTECH Global Dividend Fund, Janus Protected Series – Global, and Perkins Select Value Fund, effective as of December 15, 2011. Pursuant to Section 5 of the Agreement, the Trust hereby requests that JCM acknowledge its acceptance of the terms contained in the revised Schedule.
