The undersigned (hereinafter referred to as the “Subscriber”) hereby irrevocably subscribes for and agrees to purchase the number of units (“Units”) of the Corporation set forth below for the aggregate subscription price set forth below, representing a subscription price of US$0.25 per Unit, upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in “Terms and Conditions of Subscription” attached hereto (together with this page and the attached Schedules, the “Subscription Agreement”). The undersigned acknowledges and agrees that the issue and sale of the Units is taking place in contemplation of all of the issued and outstanding common shares and share purchase warrants of the Corporation, including those being offered pursuant to the Subscription Agreement, being acquired (the “Acquisition”) by AMG Oil Ltd.
