This Purchase Agreement No. 3263 dated as of 8.20.2007, between The Boeing Company (Boeing) and China Southern Airlines Company Limited (Customer) relating to the purchase and sale of Model 737-71B and 737-81B aircraft together with all tables, exhibits, supplemental exhibits, letter agreements and other attachments thereto, if any, (Purchase Agreement) incorporates the terms and conditions of the Aircraft General Terms Agreement dated as of September 19, 2000 between Boeing and China Southern Airlines (Group) Import & Export Trading Corporation, identified as AGTA-GUN (AGTA).
