THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the 29th day of November, 2011, by and between MUTUAL FUND SERIES TRUST, an Ohio business trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the Vista Capital Appreciation Fund, (the “Fund”), a series of the Trust, Vista Research and Management, LLC (the “Advisor”), the advisor of the Fund and Steven R. Samson (the “Adviser Principal”).
