THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the 1st day of January, 2012, by and between MUTUAL FUND SERIES TRUST, an Ohio business trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the Camelot Premium Return Fund (the “Fund”), a series of the Trust, and Camelot Portfolios, LLC (the “Advisor”), the advisor of the Fund.
