THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the 28th day of August, 2013, by and between MUTUAL FUND SERIES TRUST, an Ohio business trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the Listed Private Equity Plus Fund, (the “Fund”), a series of the Trust, Vista Research and Management, LLC (the “Advisor”), the advisor of the Fund and Steven R. Samson (the “Adviser Principal”).
