THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the 28th day of August, 2013, by and between MUTUAL FUND SERIES TRUST, an Ohio business trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the Day Hagan Tactical Allocation Fund of ETFs (the “Fund”), a series of the Trust, and Donald L. Hagan, LLC also know as Day Hagan Asset Management (the “Advisor”), the advisor of the Fund.
