THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the 23rd day of May, 2014, by and between TCG FINANCIAL SERIES TRUST II (the “Trust”), on behalf of the TCG DAILY LIQUIDITY GOVERNMENT MONEY MARKET FUND (the “Fund”), a series of the Trust, and the investment adviser of the Fund, TCG Financial Services, LLC (the “Adviser”).
