(the “Sub-Adviser” and together with the Adviser the “Parties”), a California corporation and also registered under the Advisers Act, with respect to the Tactical Conservative Allocation Fund, Tactical Moderate Allocation Fund, and Tactical Growth Allocation Fund (each a “Fund” and collectively, the “Funds”), each a series of the Collaborative Investment Series Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”).
