This AGREEMENT is made as of the ____ day of ______________ 2017, by and between WESTWOOD HOLDINGS GROUP, INC. (the “Company” and, together with its subsidiaries, “WHG”), and MARK FREEMAN (“Participant”), pursuant to the Westwood Holdings Group, Inc. Stock Incentive Plan (the “Plan”).
