CUSTODY AGREEMENT, dated as of the latest date set forth on the signature page hereto, between TCW FUNDS, INC., a corporation organized under the laws of the state of Maryland (the “Fund”) and THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, a bank organized under the laws of the state of New York (the “Custodian”).
