This Investment Management Agreement is executed as of February 18, 2021 by and between DOUBLELINE MULTI-ASSET TREND LTD. (the “Company”), a Cayman Islands exempted company and a wholly-owned subsidiary of DoubleLine Multi-Asset Trend Fund (the “Multi-Asset Trend Fund”), a series of DoubleLine Funds Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), and DOUBLELINE ALTERNATIVES LP, a Delaware limited partnership (the “Manager”). The purpose of the Company is to facilitate the implementation of the Multi-Asset Trend Fund’s investment strategies.
