This DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) made as of September 29, 2023 by and between DoubleLine Yield Opportunities Fund, a Massachusetts business trust (the “Fund”), and Foreside Fund Services, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Distributor”).

U.S. Bank Global Fund Services, a Wisconsin limited liability company (“USBFS”).
