This THIRD AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT (as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, this “Agreement”), dated as of November 15, 2024, is among Affiliated Managers Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), the several banks and other financial institutions from time to time parties to this Agreement as lenders (collectively, the “Lenders”), and Bank of America, N.A.
