This letter confirms the agreement between Dalmore Group, LLC, a registered broker-dealer and member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (“FINRA”) and the Securities Industry Protection Corporation (“SIPC”), (“Dalmore” or “we” or “us”) and TIRIOS PROPCO SERIES LLC (individually, the “Issuer” or “you” and Collectively, the “Issuers”) as follows:

This LICENSE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of December 1, 2023, (the “Effective Date”), by and between Tirios Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“Licensor” or “Manager”), Tirios Propco Series LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”), and each of the registered series of the Company listed on Schedule A attached hereto and additional series of the Company as Manager and the Company may agree in writing from time to time (each, a “Series,” or “Licensee”). Licensor and Licensee are referred to herein, individually, as a “Party” and, collectively, as the “Parties.”
