THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the 18th day of November, 2011, as revised December 14, 2011, December 9, 2014, and February 1, 2017 by and between NORTHERN LIGHTS FUND TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the Sierra Strategic Income Fund, (the “Fund”) a series of the Trust and the Advisor of such Fund, Wright Fund Management, LLC (the “Advisor”).
