THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the 19th day of October, 2017, by and between NORTHERN LIGHTS FUND TRUST IV, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the Anchor Alternative Equity Fund, Anchor Tactical Municipal Bond Fund, and Anchor Tactical Real Estate Fund (each a “Fund”, collectively the “Funds”) each a series of the Trust, and the Advisor of the Funds, Anchor Capital Management Group, Inc. (the “Advisor”).
