THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the 20th day of May, 2010, as revised on the 12th day of August, 2014, the 23rd day of March, 2016, the 27th day of June, 2017, and the 28th day of March, 2018 by and between NORTHERN LIGHTS FUND TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of Power Income Fund, Power Dividend Index Fund and Power Momentum Index Fund, Power Floating Rate Index Fund, Power Dividend Mid-Cap Index Fund, and Power Global Tactical Allocation/JAForlines Fund (each a “Fund” and collectively the “Funds”) each a series of the Trust, and the advisor of such Funds, W.E. Donoghue & Co., LLC (the “Advisor”).
