AGREEMENT (the "Agreement"), made as of September 1, 2013 as revised September 24, 2013, November 1, 2013, December 7, 2016, and March 28, 2018 (the “Effective Date”) between Northern Lights Fund Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the "Trust") and Altegris Advisors, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company (the "Adviser") located at 1200 Prospect Street, Suite 400, La Jolla, California 92037.

This AGREEMENT is made as of the 20th day of July 2018, by and among American Assets Capital Advisers, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company located at 11455 El Camino Real, Suite 140, San Diego, CA 92130 (the “Sub-Adviser”), and Altegris Advisors, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company located at 1200 Prospect Street, Suite 400, La Jolla, CA 92037 (the “Adviser”).
