This AGREEMENT is made as of August 22, 2018 between NORTHERN LIGHTS FUND TRUST III, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), and Pinnacle Family Advisors, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company (the “Adviser”) located at 620 W. Republic Road, Suite 104, Springfield, MO 65807.

THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the 22nd day of August, 2018, by and between NORTHERN LIGHTS FUND TRUST III, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the Pinnacle Dynamic Growth Fund and Pinnacle TrendRating Innovative Equity Fund, (each a “Fund” and collectively the “Funds”) each a series of the Trust, and the Advisor of the Funds, Pinnacle Family Advisors, LLC, (the “Advisor”).
