THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is effective as of the 12th day of December, 2018, as revised December 11, 2019 and February 25, 2022 by and between NORTHERN LIGHTS FUND TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (the "Trust"), on behalf of Navigator Ultra Short Bond Fund (the "Fund") a series of the Trust, and the Advisor of the Fund, Clark Capital Management Group, Inc. (the "Advisor").
