THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the 3RD day of November, 2010, as revised December 9, 2014, January 28, 2019 and February 25, 2022 by and between NORTHERN LIGHTS FUND TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of Navigator Equity Hedged Fund (the “Fund”) a series of the Trust, and the Advisor of the Fund, Clark Capital Management Group, Inc. (the “Advisor”).
