THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of the 24th day of July, 2023, by and between NORTHERN LIGHTS FUND TRUST IV, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the series listed on Appendix A hereto (each a “Fund,” collectively the “Funds”), and the advisor of the Funds, USA Mutuals Advisors, Inc, (the “Advisor”).
